Can it import our existing training records?
Yes. CSV, Excel, or direct connections to common HRIS systems (Employment Hero, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors). Existing certificates upload in bulk.
Does it handle white card, EWP, working at heights and similar tickets?
Yes. The ticket library includes all common AU and GCC construction, industrial, and HSE tickets. Expiry rules per ticket type are pre-configured.
Is it the same system as our LMS?
No. An LMS delivers training. Training and Competency is the record of competency for audit. They complement each other. Most customers keep their LMS and use Vissibl for the record.
Does it cover information security competencies for ISO 27001?
Yes. Role competencies for ISMS roles, security awareness training, and Annex A.6 personnel security requirements are all supported.
