WHY FLAT PRICING

Add everyone. The price does not change.

Most compliance platforms charge per seat, which means compliance managers restrict access to keep costs down. The result: scheduling slips because the site supervisor does not have a login. Evidence does not get captured because the subcontractor coordinator was never added. The audit arrives and the data is incomplete.

Vissibl charges a flat annual rate. Add every person who touches compliance: quality team, safety team, operations managers, site supervisors, subcontractor coordinators. The price does not change.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered.

The full platform for ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001, AI gap analysis, document vault, training records, non-conformance management, scheduling, evidence capture, and audit readiness scoring. Unlimited users and unlimited sites. Vendor Risk Management is available as an add-on.

Yes. Most customers start with their primary certification scope and add standards as their programme matures. Pricing scales with standards, not users. Enterprise plans combine multiple standards, including all four together.

ISO 27001 is a more complex standard with a broader control set and distinct evidence requirements. Standalone ISO 27001 starts at €1,000/month (€12,000/year). If you need ISO 27001 integrated into an existing IMS, that is scoped on a custom quote.

Vendor Risk Management is priced by the size of your supplier register. The entry point is €300 per month for up to 25 vendors, scaling up at 50, 100 and above. Talk to us and we will size it to your register.

No. We configure your account, load your documentation structure, and get you operational. No implementation consultancy fees.

Yes. We run a live Vissi Audit against your existing documentation in your first session. You see exactly what an auditor would find before you commit.
